What's going on at CSU?

I took $CSU (-2,63%) into the portfolio at the ATH and since then it has only gone down, although the company is still an investment case for me. I am very unsettled by this development.

What do you think about CSU and do you know what's going on?

😆 Since the Gandalf CEO left, everyone wants nothing more to do with the company. Very revealing. I think it's grossly overvalued and that's now being fixed. ProTip: For expensive companies, buy in stages so that you can lower the purchase price if necessary.

The decline in Constellation Software's share price since May 2025 is mainly due to concerns about the impact of artificial intelligence, the resignation of founder Mark Leonard and a sharp decline in net profit in the second quarter of 2025.

Why did you buy Constellation back then? Has the reason for buying changed since then?

@JBatelli
It's similar to when Buffet announced his retirement, Berkshire also went down at first. Software is also struggling, look at EXL , SAP etc

This sell off to me feels like an overreaction. Nothing has really changed with AI — it’s been a key theme for years now, why is everyone scared now and not half a year ago? Only because Mark is gone the company wont go crazy...

To me, this is just noise. The numbers speak for themselves and I’m confident they’ll stay strong going forward. The businesses Constellation owns aren’t just mainstream software companies, but highly specialized ones that operate in niche markets and are very hard to disrupt. I’m personally buying at these levels for the long term and not letting short term price moves dictate my view. Not financial advice
