Where does the €5.80 come from or was it collected a long time ago?
6
@Doe ne no joke just now, if you don't set the limit 🤦‍♂️ no matter... have previously for 8,something Euro so... fits

@Nobody_123 but a spread of €0.5 for this amount is €120 more, which is really hefty. Which broker?
1
@Doe 🤔 ok, thanks for the hint, then I'm looking forward to the billing...
immagine del profilo
@Doe ADR stands at just under €11. I was also confused at first.
@Doe my mistake... used the wrong data set here 😂 have $PETR3
immagine del profilo
3Settimana
@Nobody_123 ah yes then 😅 but then the question why Petr3
@Doe what's the difference?
immagine del profilo
3Settimana
@Nobody_123 Petr4 preference share = less vola in the share price and more dividend / petr3 = voting rights
1
@Doe I can't see less vola in the price, but actually more dividends 🤔 blatant
immagine del profilo
i'm also happy about my 3,000 shares that i got for 4.90 the other day :)

@TechNerd1337 😱😱😱🚀🚀🚀
immagine del profilo
I strongly suspect that you bought $PETR3, the share price fits. It doesn't matter which one, the dividend is similar, only $PETR4 are slightly cheaper in terms of unit price
2
@Dividendenopi 😧... not to be ruled out... I do everything manually... but as I said, let's see when the invoice is on the table
immagine del profilo
@Nobody_123 Just take the ISIN from the statement and correct your purchase here, you'll see it fits 😁😇
1
immagine del profilo
@Nobody_123 I also bought $PETR3 cheaply last week and then bought the 4 last week. Would you sell the 3 (at a profit) and put the proceeds into the 4 as well?
1
@Dividendenopi was right again
1
@stock_whiz_hhcpk I'm still 8% in the red 😂 won't be putting in any proceeds
immagine del profilo
@Nobody_123 was just a guess 🤷‍♂️😉
1
immagine del profilo
@Nobody_123 and why 8% in the red? Or was that an additional purchase?
1
@Dividendenopi Yup, still better... before there were twice as many 😉
1
immagine del profilo
Oh, €5.80 is quite expensive 🤔
1
@DiviMike yes, somehow there was just no other way... never mind 🤷‍♂️
@DiviMike Wrong data set used here $PETR3
immagine del profilo
Do they really pay these 20% dividends? Do you see it as a longterm buy?
1
@RenditeRudin With a stake of just under 1000 euros, I made 188 euros gross in 7 quarters... so that's about right.

Just hope for the best in the long term...
immagine del profilo
@RenditeRudin They do that, I've had the ADR before, $PETR4 and $PETR3 alternating between 17 and 22%. However, it is very difficult to predict when exactly which dividend will be paid. I received dividend payments for months after an initial sale 😂. If you have all the statements, then you can track this retrospectively and everything is correct. Just please don't ask the questions here: Have you already received your petrdividend 🤭🤭

@Dividendenopi It's funny. I've had dividend payments of one cent several times. It's mostly in chunks anyway. I don't care. The main thing is that the ruble rolls.

@Dividendenopi really crazy.... the performance can also be worse with such a high return, it evens out more quickly
immagine del profilo
@RenditeRudin As long as earnings are reasonably stable, not much will change. As the main shareholder, the Brazilian state needs the income from dividends and will not vote against high payouts at general meetings as long as it is justifiable 🤷‍♂️😇. Under Bolsonaro there were over 50% dividends in 2022. 🙈 However, political intervention is always to be expected, e.g. if inflation rises, Petrobras could be politically forced to lower fuel prices, which would have an impact on the operating result. I think that as long as the oil market does not collapse completely, above-average returns can be expected. Brazil is certainly not voluntarily slaughtering its big cash cow

@Dividendenopi Wtf over 50% crazy... Thanks for the recap! I really must take a look.
immagine del profilo
@RenditeRudin Just one question: what is the difference between 3 and 4? And which ones do you have in your portfolio?
immagine del profilo
@RenditeRudin the 4s are preference shares and have no voting rights, unlike the 3s. In my opinion, they are more liquid and are preferred when it comes to dividends, and they are also cheaper. However, this is relatively irrelevant over the years and only makes a small difference.

@Dividendenopi Top many thanks :)

@RenditeRudin I forgot, I have $PETR4 in the depot 😇

Where do you buy your Petreleo Brasileiro Pref Shares? At Trade Republic I cannot make a savings plan, only buy. I wanted to buy new shares directly into the portfolio and set up a savings plan.
@Dividenden_Master_23 Unfortunately, I'm out of the savings plan

Okay thanks
