I've been using real-time transfers at Sparkasse since 2019 and I've never been charged any fees 😅 But that probably differs from savings bank to savings bank.
@Dividenden_Monteur Well, the Sparkasse also has different account models. Real-time transfers are included in the account management costs, but they're careful not to offer any services for free :D
