Kitron secures contract worth millions

$KIT (-3,26%)

Kitron has signed a multi-year contract with a US customer to manufacture advanced sensor-based products for the European market. The contract, with an annual value of around seven million euros, will start towards the end of the fourth quarter of 2025.

The products will be manufactured using Kitron's existing manufacturing capabilities in Europe, leveraging the company's expertise in high-level assembly and complex electronics for the connectivity market sector.

"This significant agreement is a strong endorsement of Kitron's manufacturing capabilities and our ability to serve global customers through regional production models. It reflects our strategy to support growth in the connectivity sector through a combination of technology leadership, operational excellence and close collaboration with our customers," says Kristoffer Asklöv, COO of Kitron.

This agreement reinforces Kitron's role as a key manufacturing partner in the digitalization and sensor-led transformation of industrial markets and supports the continued investment in the European operations.

I also have them on my watchlist. I'm still wavering between them and $DRO

Kitron simply has a broader base

@Tenbagger2024 I have a more personal question for you. I've just had a look at your portfolio, but above all at your watchlist. It seems very large to me. Do you really follow all these stocks on a regular basis? If so, how do you manage that?

@Multibagger
The watch is more in the background at the moment.
Because, as you wrote, my portfolio has grown quite a bit.
Due to the price reduction 🍊 I couldn't resist buying some stocks.
But I also bought more for better diversification in Europe.
I'm convinced by most of the companies, so my intention is to let them run for the time being and only sell in an emergency.
One or two semiconductor stocks may be thrown out.
Because ASML and Tokyo Electron are running almost in parallel.
