Since I come from that field myself: currently, about 90 percent of all drugs and other treatments in development do NOT make it to market. That’s such an extreme percentage that it’s hard to imagine how many billions of dollars are being wasted in the process. That’s massive potential for cost savings. And when you consider what that would mean for a company in practice—I don’t think a 100-bagger is an understatement at all.
