I find all the purchases from $O really admirable, but I believe that REITs will be punished for a loooong time to come. I have nothing against the stock, I think it's good, but I'm still waiting on the sidelines to get in.

Thanks for the post. I think it's great how Realty repeatedly manages to organize new deals in what are actually difficult times for the sector (interest rates). Is $O a cyclical anti-cyclical?
