$GXI (+1,16%) has now found its way into my portfolio. I am clearly speculating on a takeover and an offer in the next 6-8 weeks. W. Pincus has been involved for some time now and has brought KSP on board so that an adequate offer can be made. I think after the third revision of the results the board is also under a lot of pressure and I don't see any anchor investor who would oppose any offer in the EUR 70 range, what do you think?
If the offer doesn't come, I would be out again quickly, but I wouldn't expect a huge sell-off. The confidence in the management is gone, but the valuation level is also very low. Please let me know your opinion.
