@Micky_Maus What do you mean by the spin-off of Porsche? You mean the car manufacturer Porsche and not the holding company Porsche SE or. The dividend goes to Porsche SE.

You will not only end up with Porsche SE but with all shareholders. I think the SE holds around 52%
