@Get_Rich_or_Die_Tryin What are your thoughts on this?

@Klein-Anleger So first of all, hats off to you for thinking about it so early on and already working on an idea.

To be honest, however, like some of the previous speakers, I don't think the idea itself is new and valuable enough. Big players like Hubspot, SAP and Salesforce are already doing many of the things you mentioned in exactly the same way. In the agricultural sector, there are also specialized planning tools for cultivation, land use, sales, etc..

On a small scale, i.e. very regionally or with retailers and suppliers without a large network, this can certainly work from my point of view (and that's honestly what I would focus on with the idea), but I don't see "The Next Big Thing" here either.

It's a great idea that can certainly work regionally, where you don't rely on expensive software.

I also see problems in the need for your clientele to be completely transparent. There are countless guidelines, laws, requirements, standards, etc. here. Data is brutal business, I know it from our bank, it's completely crazy what there is to consider and ensure.

As a first step, is it perhaps possible to use generally accessible surveys from associations etc. to simulate the database to a certain extent in order to get a first foot in the door? If you could deliver something for customers with little effort, I think that would be an important first step towards establishing a basis of trust.

In any case, great that you're planning something like this, definitely stay on the ball and take us with you.

@Get_Rich_or_Die_Tryin hi, thank you very much!
I've thought about it again and also chatted with Gemini and looked at various things.

How would you classify it if you first simply put a post on LinkedIn and develop the tool in public, so to speak? In other words, publish the entire development and the individual steps and then ask publicly whether there are 3-5 test users who could provide me with their CSV data anonymously.

As a target group, it would probably be easiest to address small online stores, for example, because they already have their data on Shopify or something and don't have a security officer who would block my project?

In other words, we could start by developing the tool for the national competition for artificial intelligence and then simply see how users like it and whether there is any added value.

In any case, thank you very much for your honest feedback 🤝

@TomTurboInvest @GeldGenie @Wealth-Accelerator What do you think of this idea?

@Klein-Anleger I think this is a sensible option.
What I could also imagine is that you send your idea to companies in your region as an unsolicited application with the motto:
AI, the greatest industrial revolution in human history, let me help you.

And then see if you can get a flexible mini-job that allows you to create something cool for the competition.

@Wealth-Accelerator A great idea. And relatively risk-free.

@Wealth-Accelerator @GeldGenie Do you mean something like they bring me into their company on a mini basis and I then develop a tool together with them?

Who would do that? I mean, why would they do that?

In my region: Bielefeld/Gütersloh/Steinhagen there are a few companies like Hörmann, Bertelsmann and Miele. Or do you mean medium-sized companies?

@Klein-Anleger Medium. Or small.

Medium-sized and large companies can also hire an IT intern. They also have the appropriate basic training.

@Klein-Anleger
I would consider it a paid internship.
Why would they do something like that? The smaller ones in particular often have no idea what AI can do and how it could be used. Most people are permanently working to capacity and have no capacity. Nevertheless, the boss is constantly nagging that something needs to be done with AI. Now a cheap employee comes along with their own idea and corner and you might even be able to support them with publicity.
The risk from the company's point of view is low and they have given the topic a name.
Edit: Nevertheless, I would also consider applying to the larger ones.

@Klein-Anleger I find the more sensible, more accessible approach in any case, so you could get into testing quite well with "little" effort and risk for anyone.👍🏻

@Wealth-Accelerator @GeldGenie @Get_Rich_or_Die_Tryin @TomTurboInvest I'm just going to test it out by starting to develop and code. I have an account on LinkedIn and briefly explained my project idea in the "About me" section and asked a few contacts without a note yesterday and today to network. And one of them has already contacted me on his own initiative and said he has a Shopify streetwear brand and would like to help me or provide me with his data - without me having made a single post so far. So I'm just going to get started for the national competition and the rest will be sorted out later...

Very cool, that's great that someone has contacted you proactively and doesn't have any stress about providing data!👌🏻 Then get going and keep us up to date.
