Well written text, I will definitely remain invested and take an absolutely positive view of the takeover. I am therefore not particularly bothered by the dilution of the existing shares, I think it will soon pay off.

@Klein-Anleger Unfortunately only since October 2025. I had the company and share on my watchlist since the beginning of 2025, but was too lazy at the time to look intensively at new stocks, so I didn't buy and instead added to ETFs and stocks already in the portfolio at the April low.
In hindsight, of course, it was a good decision, but it's still a shame that I didn't take a closer look at the company 6 months earlier...
