First of all, the introduction here drew my attention to $4480 (+2,35%) and then joined yesterday after doing some research.

Medley is definitely an intriguing company given the structural tailwinds in healthcare digitalization in Japan.

That said, a couple of things are worth keeping in mind. The valuation already reflects a significant part of the expected growth, so the company will likely need to keep delivering strong execution for the investment case to play out smoothly. With growth stocks like this, even small disappointments can lead to sharp re-ratings.

Also, the investment thesis relies heavily on future expansion rather than current shareholder returns, since capital is largely reinvested into growth rather than distributed.

None of this invalidates the thesis, but it does mean the position is quite sensitive to expectations and market sentiment around growth.

I was invested there a few months ago but then sold at a loss, wish you more success. I no longer buy anything with such strong downward momentum.
