Nice! I have an average purchase price of €52. But only about 90 shares. Maybe I only have to add 1410 now. Then more than 60% of my portfolio will consist of realty, but at least I'll get 300 euros a month 💪🏻

@SchlaubiSchlumpf As soon as interest rates go down in the USA, the share price of $O goes up again significantly. In 30 years, the company has always increased its dividend and never cut it. It is the only Reit that can call itself a dividend aristocrat.

@parlania Which ones? Which Reits have been paying for 30 years with steady increases and no cuts at all. There are candidates as divi-aristocrats. But I am not currently aware of any Reit that currently pays a dividend of over 5% and has neither cut nor suspended it for over 30 years.

I wouldn't care about the dividend at all, the important thing is that the company is profitable. Unfortunately, REITs have to pay out dividends.
