$CADLR (+2,5%) It’s been in my portfolio since July 2025 and has performed well. I still see potential here once the political landscape shifts and the expansion of offshore wind finally gains momentum (see the Siemens Energy post on LinkedIn).
But now I received the following message from my broker, and I have to say I don’t really understand it: “Cadeler PLC is offering you the opportunity to exchange your shares of Cadeler A/S for shares of Cadeler PLC.”
I’ve never encountered a situation like this before. My initial research shows that nothing really changes as a result of the relocation of the company’s headquarters. And if dividends were ever paid out, this would actually be positive for me as a German shareholder.
Has anyone else had experience with this? Are there any other costs or issues I’m not aware of?
