Cost average effect

The share has been in my savings plan for six months. Since the departure of Warren Buffett, I have felt the cost-average effect and the weaker share prices have continuously lowered my entry price.

But hopefully things will pick up again at the end of the year - I'm really curious to see what impact Warren Buffet's departure will have. At the moment, I'm not as critical as the stock market.

Do you have any opinions?

I rather think you're feeling the effect of a devaluing USD. 😏

I think Berkshire will continue to run slightly +/- something to the S&P500.
I have a relatively large equity loss pot from old beginner's sins and am using Berkshire to empty it in the long term. There is probably no other stock that comes so close to a "safe" ETF.

I still think it's a solid investment.

So far, Buffett is still there until the end of the year.
