Portfolio performance in May

Absolute midfield in the GetQuin community (but you're good too!🫡😬)

I still have a cash quota of about 20%, from which I make weekly $VWRL (+0,24%) and $VEUR (+0,4%) (to specifically increase my European weighting).

US markets are still historically expensive and a further depreciation of the USD could put additional pressure on the US portion of the portfolio.

I would use larger setbacks for one-off investments.

The 2.25% overnight interest rate at TR, or ~2.157% (thanks @Epi) at $XEON (-0,01%) I am currently still happy to take it.

Better than 3xGTAA! 😅

Incidentally, the ECB's overnight rate is 2.25%. A $XEON doesn't yield any more than that.

@Epi $XEON yields more because it reflects the market-based short-term interest rate.

The ECB interest rate is a theoretical reference interest rate for banks.

Plus the 8 basis points equals the 2.25% mentioned above. TR simply passes this on. Where else would 3.5% come from?

😅 So even less than the current TR call money...
Still the best cash alternative for my second custody account.

How will you deal with your cash quota in the near future? Do you have a specific size that you want to achieve in a certain period of time?

@Option-Wan-Kenobi If the market doesn't make any major setbacks where I would buy extra, the cash ratio with the current savings rate is sufficient for a few years.

My high cash ratio is also a counterbalance to my disproportionately large Bitcoin position.
I will also shift some of this to $VWRL.
