New share with personal reference

Of course, people will now cry out again that a purchase of €19 is not worthwhile because of the transaction costs. But I don't care because I only have the share in my portfolio symbolically anyway and not for the return.

Springer Nature ( $SPG (+0,37%) ) is one of the largest scientific publishers alongside Pearson ( $PSON (-0,71%) ) one of the largest scientific publishers. Through my work in research, I have a personal connection to the company and am curious to see how it develops. The IPO was only at the end of last year, so I've been involved virtually from the beginning and I don't plan to sell the shares ever. Let's see how the dividend will grow over the next few years :)

Success is not guaranteed, see WBG. 🤷

@Epi Success is never guaranteed on the stock market. The comparison with the WBG is rather misleading, because these are two completely different concepts. Springer Nature is an international science publisher that works with universities, research institutions and libraries, mainly in the B2B sector. The WBG, on the other hand, was more of a "book club" for people interested in education, mainly German-speaking, and also had a completely different economic structure. Springer Nature earns money from licensing, open access, subscriptions and long-term contracts with universities etc. (B2A/B2B). This is a completely different level and business model than a small association that earns exclusively from print sales to private customers.

@ynnxs Springer Nature isn't perfect, but it's okay. I've also had my own experiences with them 😉
