Savings plan execution

Good morning, dear community!

Yesterday, savings plans were executed again at TR. At 16:15 I received a message that my Broadcom $AVGO (-0,62%) savings plan was not executed, with the addition "Trading not allowed"

When I looked at my securities account in the evening, I noticed that Blackrock $BLK (+0,43%) had been booked into the securities account & on top of that, a weekly savings plan on the same company was suddenly running. I don't have Blackrock on my watchlist & never had it in my portfolio before.

WTF !?? Does anyone have similar experiences?

Blackrock has taken over Broadcom. Therefore everything is regular.

@axlemaxle Correct, simply a mistake.
A takeover of a company that scratches the 1 trillion market cap doesn't just happen on a Friday 😵‍💫 without any news.

TR is a really great broker, honestly now.
All you have to do is call the in-house support team, which is available 24/7. They'll sort it out straight away and always send you a gift basket as an apology.

TR do TR things. It's really blatant what you keep reading here and on Reddit in the last few weeks about all the weird things going on at TR.
I've lost my trust in them in the meantime. Before they changed the way they did their custody account transfers, it worked without any problems, but since then they've only been able to do it in the app.
For my part, I want to get rid of everything.
