It's doubtful whether such a large merger would even receive approval from the FTC, the European Commission, and the UK's CMA. It's an intriguing prospect, but I can't quite picture it happening right now.
@PoorDad As for $BMY 's promotions, I'm not sure yet if I'd be happy about them—what do you think? In theory, would you hold onto your shares in the event of a merger, or would you sell them off at some point?
@7Trader Since I'm already very bullish on healthcare anyway, I do think I'd hold onto a giant like that... at least until it makes sense to maybe trim the position a bit. What about you?
