1: The Hims management has already spoken out, and I don't think it was their side that committed fraud, but rather Novo: Why? -> They started the fight against all compounder companies and Hims only served both businesses. I doubt that the management has concealed the truth and will wait for the next few weeks, of course there are risks from a lawsuit, which is also currently priced into the share price, which is why we are not currently seeing a breakout.
