BitMine Immersion Technologies - Crypto mining with power investors behind it

BitMine Immersion Technologies is a US company that operates energy-efficient Bitcoin mining with innovative immersion cooling. It has also established itself as one of the largest listed Ethereum holders.

Important current investors (as of August 2025) are:

- Peter Thiel with a 9.1% stake,

- ARK Invest (Cathie Wood),

- Founders Fund,

- Bill Miller III,

- other investors such as MOZAYYX, Pantera

Capital, Kraken Ventures, Digital Currency Group (DCG) and Galaxy Digital.

In addition, Thomas Lee (Chairman) was recently confirmed as a major shareholder through share purchases of almost USD 2 million. BitMine is considered a high-growth company with a market capitalization of more than USD 1.5 billion and a focus on sustainable mining and Ethereum treasury building.

Just to give you an idea of what my colleagues are doing:
I myself operate so-called immersion mining with BitPod hardware - i.e. with immersion liquid and heat recovery via a heat exchanger - and I am convinced that this is one of the keys to efficient heating.
There is no question that the miners run more efficiently, cooler and quieter as a result. However, whether the company is therefore well positioned cannot be determined from this, because its miners are located in Trinidad & Tobago, among other places, due to the low electricity costs there - and do not use the heat generated... In any case, I can't find anything on this.
But the fact is (as you already wrote) that some well-known entrepreneurs and institutions have already invested in the company at the beginning/middle of this year. 👌🏼

Thanks for the addition! I find the company extremely exciting, of course it depends on the development of the cryptocurrency, but I am extremely bullish for Q4
