This happened in connection with the rumors of new US sanctions against China, which ultimately did not apply to allies (Netherlands, Japan). However, if the whole thing triples or more in 10 years, you shouldn't go crazy for the few percent now. I'm not a chart expert who always knows the perfect entry point, but I can use data and facts to get an idea of where the journey is going.
