Yesterday's follow-up purchases:

For growth in the portfolio, 0.5 additional shares of $NFLX (-1,91%) were added to the portfolio yesterday.

I now have 4 shares.

I think Netflix will perform very well in 2025 and I'm clearly betting on a split here. Several analysts see the price targets at around 1000$ 🚀

Lots of positive news recently, good earnings and the business model speaks for itself.

The dividend cash flow was $VICI (-2,35%) expanded to 200 shares with a further 25 shares.

Strong dividend and dividend growth.

Gambling is and always will be 🎲🎲

For both stocks, I don't see any problem that the further Trump term in office could slow things down here.

$VICI and the popular $O will still offer good entry prices, as it is becoming apparent that interest rates will not be lowered to the extent expected, some of which was already priced in and the shares have fallen back a little. Price growth can be expected here to a limited extent, but the cash flow is good. I have and hold both stocks

@Dividendenopi i also have both of them in my portfolio and i always add to them when there are setbacks. for me, both stocks are part of my future pension and should never be sold.

@Dividendenopi I also assume that there will still be one or two price opportunities for both and that these will then be used consistently to buy more...but so far both positions are still in the green for me and are generating cash flow, so keep up the good work...

I don't understand the gambling part. Yes, gambling is part of the portfolio, but attached to it is an armada of restaurants, hotels, golf courses, etc... I would have bought $VICI least of all for the gambling part.

@DynasticGrind but everything is based on the gambling factor or is related to it 😉

@DynasticGrind What makes you think that? $VICI 's portfolio should be 80-85% in the gambling sector, unless I'm completely mistaken.
When would you have bought it for the gambling sector?

@SAUgut77 Yes, that's probably true...
@Danibanani VICI has expanded considerably in the meantime and is not just limited to gambling. Personally, I wouldn't have bought anything 'for' gambling.
