The interest rate cut is priced in. The outlook will be decisive. But you don't know that yet. So it remains short-term speculation. 🤷

It depends on your "strategy". In any case, REITS are much more sensitive to the key interest rate. And @Epi is clearly right that it is already priced in, so it's not for short trades. The same applies to the hype stock Metaplanet, where you have to time it precisely to take advantage of the high returns. (Hopefully you see this as a deterrent and not a challenge xD )

8% after the cut - so much for "priced in" - with "to late Powell" it's not easy to price anything in...
