Bye Bye Realty Income

Realty has given me nice dividends over the last few years, but I see better opportunities in other stocks in the future, so I have invested the money in $BRKB and $TDIV (-0,77%) regrouped.

I think realty income share price was held back a lot by quite aggresive interest rate hikes past couple years. Perhaps now with the rate cuts, momentum will pick up again

@stevemeister96 I hear this story since they started with rate cuts... Of course they will profit from the lower rates, but in the meantime you will get outpetformed by the broad market.

@ParraPinto could be, it takes time for reits to refinance and use lower rate cuts.

But maybe you are right, holding a broad market etf can be better right now

@Madhatter5566 Dividends are motivating, but yes, the market has done much better. If that were the case, I would have to sell everything and put my money in an ETF.

@Marty0292 Novo, FM, fashion shares, etc. Many people here have already counted on them. I would have left it at that amount.
