Position increased - the EMA200 was tested at approx. € 27.50 and the medium-term upward trend is currently still intact (hopefully for longer 🤑🤞🏽)


In the meantime, I already have 400 shares of this megabuilding in the depot.

@7Trader the value increases of the last few years were already enormous... Even if there are not many friends of concrete gold here, am happy with my concrete gold, and the rental income is in addition to the value increase still a nice income or "pay" the object. Are the prices in Vienna the last 3 years also increased so much? With us in Tyrol enormously. Where you could buy 2021 still around 5,000 € / m2, you get now under 8,000 € / m2 nothing more 🫣 ... TG parking plus...

@TomTurboInvest 2020 to autumn 2022 it was abnormal and felt "everyone" has already traded in real estate. Now it has become much quieter and prices have calmed down. In the case of investment properties, prices have risen by 50% in some cases during this period 🤑😅
