After $CMI (+0,4%) declined today more than 23.6% from its ATH, I opened a very small position. I don't try to time the bottom. My goal is to gradually build exposure to a high-quality industrial leader when valuations become more attractive.
Cummins is part of my Blue Chip Fibonacci Portfolio. It is a well-established industrial machinery company with a strong market position, global operations, and long experience in power solutions. While cyclical businesses can remain under pressure for some time, a substantial decline from peak valuations can improve the risk/reward profile for long-term investors.
I'm curious to hear other views on $CMI. (+0,4%) Is the recent weakness an opportunity, or do you expect further downside before the next growth phase?
