Reits will continue to decline for a while in my view, and thus not yield bombs anytime soon. Rising interest rates will ensure higher ongoing costs to service the loans and credits.

@MrCumEx Reits are obliged to distribute certain shares of the revenues. If the revenues decrease, the dividends could be reduced or more could be distributed than has been received.
