I think 3% is too much. My fees are 10€, I do not buy any less than 2k because of that. So 0.5% for me would be maximum.

@KevinE With Meesman I have 0,25% in transaction cost when I buy-In. My total cost are around 6 euro's with an investment of 2200. With DeGiro I have a lot more (about 60 euro with 2300 in investment (around 3%). To be fair: I made some changes in my portfolio so 2% was reachable.

I'm wondering if there are any cheaper brokers in NL? I think Degiro is good, but the price seems high.

BTW: Never heard of Meesmann before. Is it kind of a Dutch ETF boutique?

@randomdude Meesman is an passive index fund that invests 1 time per week in 95% of the stock market. It's really based on passive investing. So they invest for you.

•My fees are between €1 - €3 for monthly investments between €1500 - €2000. If you would like to invest on a regular basis in single stocks than you could use the “zero orders” from Bux. You can place a maximum of 3 zero orders per month (for free). The zero order gets executed at the end of the day between 16:00 - market closing time. Otherwise, if you would like to lower your cost basis you could buy ETF’s from the “core selection” of Degiro for €1 per transaction.
