@Memo0606 is because of the disappointing normal sales business. But it is like the sales figures for elevators/escalators at Otis, for example. The recurring service revenue is important. And that has grown by 14%.

@Memo0606 without hesitation idk, but I find it more impressive that RSR grows in a weak quarter than in a strong one.
