Siemens Energy earns more than expected in the 1st quarter

Siemens Energy $ENR (+0,81%) starts the new fiscal year strongly with an increase in sales to 8.9 billion euros and a doubling of the operating margin to 5.4 percent, thus exceeding analysts' expectations. Order intake fell by 10.2 percent, but less than expected, while free cash flow amounted to 1.5 billion euros.

@tomtom38 because it is questioned whether so much energy is really needed in America for the upcoming data centers after Deepseek is supposedly so much more economical than OpenAI etc.
