As usual, I did a citytrip to Germany just like every year. 2 years ago I went to the city Köln. Last year I went to Dortmund. And this time I went to Düsseldorf. And like always, I enjoyed Germany as it is. Great drinks, food, people and ofcours the street life. I’ve always had a big love for Germans and their country. And I always feel welcomed when I visit. As a Dutch, I’m proud to be a neighbor 🇳🇱🫱🏻🫲🏼🇩🇪. This all makes Germany a perfect country for me. Not only to visit, but also to invest my money in. 💶
Let’s be honest. We have a lot of countries in Europe 🇪🇺. But the real money is made in Germany💶. Even though the German economy finds itself in a dip right now. Which is due to high import taxes 📈, higher living costs 📈and problems in the globe in general 📉🌍. I think this could be a nice moment to invest. So that’s why today I decided to open a new position in a for me, brand new company, I chose for $DTE (-1,41%) .
Why did I choose for $DTE (-1,41%) ? It is simple, it has a reliable dividend of ≈ 3%, which I truely love.
Also, the company operates not only in Germany and the rest of Europe. But also in both the United States 🇺🇸 and parts of South America 🌎. Which gives a, for me, safe worldwide spread. Also for me, South America has a lot of potension. It is often seen as a underdeveloped continent. But we cannot longer ignore them in the future due to extreme population growth rates 👼🏼
And last but not least, $DTE (-1,41%) have had a nice growth rate over the last years 📲📈. And I believe, together with the rest of Germany. That the German economy will get back on track in the future📈🇩🇪. Germany has shown us what it was able to achieve in the past.
And yes, I wanted to open a position in a telecom company. I was in a doubt between $DTE (-1,41%) and $T (+0,03%) . The reason why I chose for $DTE (-1,41%) instead of $T (+0,03%) . Is because I’ve already invested a big portion of my capital in the United States🇺🇸. And the current way the United States is doing in the globe. Doesn’t attract me to invest more there. At least for now. So for me $DTE (-1,41%) is even more diversified than $T (+0,03%) . So the choice for me was simple.
