is the Bawag Group $BG (+1,34%)

Post-buy at "still favorable" prices.

As long as interest rates stay up, banks can make money again. I assume that interest rates will also no longer be negative or zero in the near future.

Conclusion - Bawag will reward me with price increases and decent dividends in the coming years 🤑🤞🏽

On Mon we were "Am Dachboden" in the 25hours Hotel and Tue there was an event in the META City, which was also a cool location, I did not know yet. And met interesting people, from the SAP CEO to AT&S, OMV etc... Let's see when I'll be back in Vienna again 🤪

@XOPYC for me currently no buy because, 1. the extreme dividend in the 21s year has boosted the price and that was not sustainable, 2. the construction industry is extremely slowed down and currently large waves of employee layoffs are starting, 3. the margins of recent years, due to increased material prices and labor costs, have melted.

@7Trader...Bawag has been running in a range between 40 and 44/45🧐 since March... actually nice to trade. If the breakout from this range doesn't come soon, then that would be worth a scenario, wouldn't it?

The 200 (1T) is around 45.64, and this band between 44 and 46 has always been a range where Bawag has struggled for years. Let's see how the US market generally goes out of trading today at the close? Will everything be sold off again or will it close on a high? Next week is also another week 😉

The bank is doing well and pays a good dividend, i.e. the capital gains are set to zero every year. As the dividend is paid without capital gains tax, the share remains in the portfolio and is bought up on an ongoing basis if it is weak. But you're right, this channel can also be traded on an ongoing basis. Have a nice weekend. Now I'm going to treat myself to a beer in front of the fire 🍺😎🤘🏼
