To buy or not to buy

I want to buy $MO (-1,46%) for it's dividend and especially because of Trump's sanctions. Yes or no? I need dividends for the month of July. (so I cant even think about $KO (-1,64%) )

Why should Trump tariffs give an advantage for $MO ? First of all, $PM is an US company and has production sites in the US. $BATS has also multiple factories in the US, so tariffs shouldn't harm both.

@RealMichaelScott For the part of wine ect. I think that tarrifs could disadvantage non-American wine producer

@financial_wizard_1039 let‘s see if the tariffs on wine and chamagner will ever happen. And even if they will happen, I don‘t think at Altria makes any significant revenue with wine or alcohol.

@financial_wizard_1039 in general I would not suggest to select dividend stocks with respect to the pay out month.
