@jerichobomb Well, since Bafin has already disclosed the suspicion, I am (still) relaxed.
The problem could be that long-term receivables have not been written down and this would then have a negative impact on earnings and in turn result in a balance sheet adjustment.
Nevertheless, I am a Team Buy for the time being, as the investments are too interesting for me.

@Pawfolio BaFin's responsibility is to express an opinion on the disclosures in the notes to the annual financial statements as of December 31, 2023 and the related combined management report and group management report. The audit expressly does not concern any key financial figures of the company from the balance sheet and income statement and, in particular, has no impact on the net retained profits reported in the annual financial statements as at December 31, 2023. Both the annual financial statements as at December 31, 2023 and the associated combined management report and Group management report were audited by the company's auditor, Deloitte GmbH WirtschaftsprĂźfungsgesellschaft, on March 27, 2024 with an unqualified audit opinion.

I bought another 20 shares today...great opportunity in my opinion and should it go down again I will increase my position by another 10 to 100 shares (preliminary final size of the position).
