I have it, just for the dividends, I bought low and returned 20% in a year. Wont buy extra though, just not worth it at this point.

Why should anyone have it? The share price has been going almost sideways for years (decades) and the dividend trend doesn't exactly speak in its favor. There are countless better REITs in my opinion nach🤷🏼‍♂️.
