Custody account transfer TR

Good morning everyone.

Since you only ever read horror stories here about securities account transfers, especially when Trade Republic is involved, I would like to share my experience.

My assumption was that almost exclusively the cases that go wrong are shared on the net. Why write about something that you can expect to work out?

On Monday morning shortly before 9 a.m., I placed the order to add my small position $BRK.B (-0,04%) in the TR portfolio to my larger "hold" portfolio at another bank. The order was submitted on Wednesday, accepted on Thursday and this morning I can see the shares in the other securities account at the correct cost price.

Conclusion: 4 working days, well below the regulatory deadline of 3 weeks.

The only fly in the ointment: the getquin interface registers the transfers as sales or purchases. @Kundenservice I see potential for improvement here.

Yes, it is always the case that only the bad is written about or communicated instead of the good. It goes without saying that things work out. It's not just the case here with securities transfers, but in life in general.
People are much more likely to be tempted to write a negative review of a restaurant visit than to praise a good visit there in Google reviews.

I also successfully completed my transfer from TR to ING yesterday. Start was 30.7., most positions were moved incl. buy in on 4.8., two positions had taken until 5.8., one last one was added yesterday in the course of the day. It was actually very straightforward.

That was also my experience: the entire custody account transfer was completed in less than a week.
