Everything done right. If the MSCI doesn't move, you buy cheap. I did that in 2022-2024 and it paid off. It has to rise sooner or later, otherwise the world will have completely different problems. It is currently stagnating due to the weak dollar against the euro, but in the US the S&P 500 (70% congruent with the MSCI) has done quite well over the last 12 months
