Almonty Industries Stock 2026: Tungsten Monopolist Begins Production Now! Is the Next Price Surge on the Horizon?

Almonty Industries is likely the most exciting commodities stock of 2026 — and hardly anyone in Germany really knows about it. On July 1, 2026, the Canadian tungsten producer took the historic step from developer to producer: The Sangdong Mine in South Korea—one of the world’s largest tungsten deposits outside of China—began processing.

The timing could hardly be better: China is tightening its tungsten export restrictions, the Pentagon is banning Chinese tungsten from U.S. military equipment starting January 1, 2027, and tungsten is indispensable in AI chips, armor, and high-performance tools. Following the correction, the stock is trading about 35% below its April high—DA Davidson raised its price target to $33 following the start of production.

Key points:

July 1, 2026: Sangdong Mine begins production—transition from developer to producer; 139,700 metric tons of ore stockpiled—equivalent to approximately $68 million in gross value; Q1 2026: Revenue up 221% to $25.4 million — the strongest growth rate in the company’s historyCash position: $259.9 million (as of March 31, 2026) — a solid foundation for ramp-upDA Davidson: Price target raised to $33 (from $25) — Buy recommendationPentagon deadline: January 1, 2027 — Chinese tungsten banned from U.S. defense equipmentRussell 1000 & 3000: Included as of June 29, 2026 — increased institutional visibilityVolatility: 97% annualized — not for the faint of heart

What do you think of this young monopolist $AII (+3,32%) ?

@Alpalaka Well, as usual, I haven't read his article. But in my opinion, it doesn't matter at all what's in it. If the March low doesn't hold—which I'm pretty sure it won't—it could easily drop to $10 or below from a technical analysis perspective.

@jkb92 After all, getquin has already told him (as part of the advertising partnership?) that YouTube links like the ones in his recent posts violate their guidelines.
There are signs of progress.
