Nasdaq intends to file an application with the Disciplinary Committee to determine whether to delist Intellego Technologies' shares from the Nasdaq First North Growth Market
Intellego Technologies AB ("Intellego") has today received a statement from Nasdaq Stockholm ("Nasdaq") informing Intellego that Nasdaq intends to file an application with the Disciplinary Committee of Nasdaq Stockholm to decide on the delisting of Intellego's shares from the Nasdaq First North Growth Market.
Nasdaq has given Intellego the opportunity to respond to Nasdaq's allegations before Nasdaq submits its application to Nasdaq Stockholm's Disciplinary Committee. Intellego must submit its response no later than December 5, 2025.
