@Petzi-Port At Deutsche Telekom, dividends are distributed tax-free because they are paid from a tax deposit account, but the cost price of the share is reduced. As a result, a higher taxable profit may arise on a subsequent sale

There are several German stocks that do this. Just google it before buying or selling. For example, freenet was like this in 2024, 2025 is not yet certain and in 2026 the withholding tax will be deducted immediately upon payout. Or DHL, I still have to google for 2025
