Generally not a bad company, I just say courageous in times of recession fears. Without having looked into it for any length of time, but purely in terms of the trend, it doesn't look good either
And this justification that interest rates are lowered by recession doesn't really apply there either, downturn in demand due to recession, cluster risk in the logistics sector, danger of geopolitical aspects, high valuation, so your "stable dividend" payment doesn't help you either
@xzxzx please look into Prologis before assuming so boldy that the quality isn't there. Despite high interest rates last year they exceeded all expectations. On top of that they have a lot of stable, longterm tenants, impressive dividend growth (despite the share price not performing) and a very good business model. The share price may have not performed well over the last years, but the company did. It's a solid longterm investment for a cheap price at the moment.
