Cadence Financial Corporation is a bank holding company of Cadence Bank, N.A. (the Bank). The Bank is engaged in general banking business and activities closely related to banking. It provides a variety of wholesale and retail financial services, including mortgage loans, investment services and trusts. Cadence’s customer base consists of business, agriculture, government, education and individual accounts in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi and Tennessee. It has two wholly owned subsidiaries, NBC Service Corporation (Service), and NBC Insurance Services of Alabama, Inc. (Insurance). Service was formed to provide additional financial services. Insurance was formed for the purpose of selling annuity products in the state of Alabama.
