I have posted the ICP vs Solana 2W chart several times in the last 2 years and pointed out the descending wedge forming in the chart. Admittedly, I expected the breakout much earlier. However, it has finally happened.

Here is the ICP dominance (i.e. percentage share of the overall market): in my opinion, this chart currently allows only one conclusion: outperformance!

....this can of course also happen in a bear market. But if you believe in an "extended cycle": ICP looks superb!

The actual old season is just getting underway and we should expect the market to pick up significantly in the coming weeks.

Raoul Pal recently posted the current Solana chart with the comment "stupid bullish" (see below).

Indeed, Solana has formed a large "cup and handle" formation in recent years. It doesn't get much more bullish than that. Solana should catapult far north in the coming months.

....however, I liquidated my Solana position about a year ago in order to further expand my ICP position - not only because I consider ICP to be the best product in the crypto market, but also because of the signal that developed in the chart.

Assuming that ICP was about to break out of the trend channel against Solana, I posted the ICP/Solana chart here in the forum at the time.

Well, ICP made a final "nose dive" but in the meantime the breakout from the 2-year downtrend has happened (see below in the 2 week & 3 day chart).

ICP should outperform (vs. Solana).

I do not recommend all crypto investors to liquidate a position at this point in time in order to invest in ICP.

We have to expect a new regulation for the taxation of profits this year and (in my opinion) it is "rule no. 1" to reach the holding period as early as possible.
