Azione (HRPK) 7C Solarparken Forum

Hi everyone, I would like to hear a few thoughts from you on shares in the energy sector (electricity).

It is quite clear that we need electricity, and no less.

My 3 investments in this area so far have been $ECV (-0,21%) & $AY (+1,22%) but since these are going off the stock exchange, the only thing left is $HRPK (+1,42%). However, I would like to position myself more broadly in this field. It doesn't matter whether "green electricity" or classic.

Which companies do you find exciting or do you even own them?

I'm a shareholder of $HRPK myself but before you invest there you have to be aware that there are very frequent small capital increases but they massively dilute your shares over time (in 2018 there were 51 471 k shares, today 82 848 k, so an increase of about 60%, source: https://de.marketscreener.com/kurs/aktie/7C-SOLARPARKEN-AG-16783954/fundamentals/). Also, they had a leverage of 4.xx over the last years for a longer period of time and even if they reduced debt in the last years it's still a high debt in my eyes.

$HRPK (+1,42%) is anyone here by chance in the topic regarding the capital increase for cash?

I had never had something like this in my portfolio before and I'm not really clear from the number after I've googled a bit.

Does anyone have some tips for me on what is best to do?

For information: The position is not large in my portfolio and my broker (TR) requires for an instruction of the measure 5 €. I think there it already makes no sense to use the subscription rights or?

I can't help you with your specific case with the share. However, I always like to take part in such capital increases, provided the conditions are right. If you are offered something like this, the company usually contacts you itself. In this case through your broker. You can then subscribe to a certain number of shares at a fixed subscription price or price range. Normally, this subscription price is always "far" below the market price. However, there may be restrictions on the subscription and selling rights. This is an individual matter. Do you have the specific terms and conditions available and are you considering taking advantage of them? If you really want to commit yourself to the company in the long term, such opportunities are always very much appreciated.

A question to the numerous 7C Solarparken holders here.

Currently there is the capital increase against cash payment, as a result of which one receives subscription rights. Subscription ratio 44:1.

To the experts here, @TheAccountant89 ? How exactly do I have to imagine this, or would you recommend drawing the subscription right and what would generally happen if I draw or do not draw the subscription right?

Will the two different ISIN numbers be merged again after the deadline?

I've been in the stock market with ETFs for a while, but not so long with single stocks, so this is actually my first case now.

I am not familiar with the details of 7c Solarparken. Basically, you will probably receive one new share from the capital increase for 44 "old shares". If you don't have 44 in your portfolio they either have to be replenished/purchased or you waive the subscription right and get it paid out proportionally. It depends a bit on your portfolio and whether a sale of the subscription right would have tax consequences.

Still looking for 1-2 positions there.

Ideas:

Either expand existing positions (7c $HRPK (+1,42%) and lime $LIN)

New possibly

-RWE $RWE (+0,3%)

-Enphase Energy $ENPH (-6,08%)

At 7C I am currently also thinking about reloading. Vllt would be these still something $ST5, $DLX, $LKE. In terms of supply, I currently find $KRN interesting. Krones recently had an 18% increase in sales and a 9% increase in profits. Vllt is yes what for you

I also happened to see the insider trading earlier. But I don't know the background yet. They're just not cheap right now. Nevertheless, an interesting company.
