Costco weighted slightly higher this month to complete the 2nd share. In addition, another share of $PSA (+0,26%) 288€ was added to the portfolio today.
Hercules has been going great, now I'm taking ⅓ of the position out for the time being in order to $OBDC (+0,29%) & $PSA (+0,26%) to the same size as $HTGC (+0,47%) build up.

Supposed bottoming out of REITs $VICI (-0,33%)$PLD (+0,59%)$O (-0,13%)$CCI (-0,25%)$AMT (+0,57%)$PSA (+0,26%) and much more...As long as the FED does not lower interest rates, all REITs will continue to be punished. I will buy in this October, while many others have paid 10-20% too much.
