$JNJ google just did not help me therefore the question to you:


Do you happen to know when the spin-off shares of $KVUE are to be booked into the securities account? Or have I perhaps missed something?


The last time I knew, it was around August.

My last state of knowledge was November around. But as far as I know, nothing is fixed yet. I think there is a minimum period of 6 months or so where J&J is not allowed to spin off the shares. That would have to be sometime in October or so.

I also have a silly question about this. If I buy a J&J share these days, will I still get a spin-off share in October/November? Or is there a cut-off date?

The lock-up period is over at the beginning of November, so most people assume that the shares will be split off there as well.
