$ASM Does anyone know what role ASMI plays? Are they in competition with ASML? Do they both do the same thing? Maybe someone can shed some light on this. Thanks. 🙃

@Endbenutzer ASML is a joint venture of ASMI and Philips, but of course is now much larger than the two. ASMI itself acts more or less as a supplier (for ASML) for automation components (e.g. mask processing) in chip production. So somewhere it is still positively related to ASML, not to be seen as a competitor mMn.
