But if you want to get in somewhere really good now, take a look at the project developers for wind. The government does not want to reform grid fees and thus promote construction even further. $PNE3$AB9$OX2$EKT I will still enter at Abo at 51.6€, because the project developers are currently far too oversold. That's a loose 100% by 2025 at the latest.
