@All-in-or-nothing But you also have to differentiate between the REITs ☝️ I think that industrial REITs like $STAG can benefit from Trump's America First policy. And my all-time favorite $PSA anyway, because every American values their 5 square meters of freedom. $O I take a more critical view of the larger office share
@Investment4Life In addition, you have to say what the background behind the investment is. I want to generate cash flow, but growth looks different, of course. I'm too old for that. Maybe the 10 years weren't a good idea.....🤔🙈😂
