The company wants to pull off a classic rollup of the driving school industry. That means buying up driving schools and digitizing theory lessons. The German driving school market has been very fragmented so far and there are no clear market leaders. 123fahrschule puts the market at around 2 billion euros and is aiming for a market share of 20%.
